This wine is produced from a red grape that produces white juice, the Poulsard. Issued from a relatively precocious variety that gives generous bunches of thin skinned grapes. Its exclusively red vinification gives a very pale red wine that ill-informed would mistake for Rosé.
Visual aspect: fine colour, shiny, cherry looking pale red
Olfactory aspect: very fruity
Gustatory aspect: round on the pallet and refreshing. Vanilla and red berries constitute the main flavour.
