Light and tasty, made with 100% natural ingredients, this mustard with Espelette pepper combines with any meat but especially with red meat.
A mild, flavourful mustard combining select mustard seeds with Espelette pepper, a chilli plant native to the French region of the same name.
The mustard seeds are soaked for 2 hours before being ground. This operation, like refining, makes it possible to offer a mustard without additives or preservatives.
Particular care is also taken in the selection of ingredients for organic mustard recipes.
