Made with whole, unpasteurised milk. You will over the slices and scraped over potatoes and charcuterie. It is a wonderful cheese which liberates all of the raw milk flavours from mountain pastures. The addition of pepper corns give this well aged cheese a bit of spice.
It’ll warm your cold winters !(~250g cheese sliced per person) - Include: gherkins (210g)
