Very rich in mackerel fillets (60%), our rillettes with a fibrous and creamy texture are ideal as an aperitif on fresh bread. Our mackerel fillets are smoked with beech wood in our manufacturing workshop on the island of Groix, which gives the recipe such an authentic taste.
